Luciana Shaw

Luciana Shaw has extensive experience in instructional design and administrative support, currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Executive Secretary II at Dyersburg State Community College since April 2013. In these roles, Luciana Shaw manages executive agendas, organizes meetings, and maintains the college website. As a freelance IT support professional since January 2008, Luciana Shaw designs websites, offers computer support to non-profits and individuals, and provides training. Previous experience includes positions at The University of Tennessee at Martin as an Administrative Support Assistant II and Student Assistant, where responsibilities included accreditation assistance and data management. Luciana Shaw holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, and multiple degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Tennessee at Martin, as well as associate degrees in Secondary Education from Dyersburg State Community College.
