Brent Olson

Brent Olson is a legal professional with extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation. Currently serving as a Member and Senior Counsel at Dykema since January 2019, Brent Olson represents insurance companies in complex cases involving directors and officers, professional liability, and various specialty lines. Prior to joining Dykema, Brent Olson was an Associate at Loss, Judge & Ward, LLP from November 2013 to December 2018, focusing on nationwide complex coverage litigation following the firm's merger with Dykema. From September 2005 to October 2013, Brent Olson held the position of Senior Counsel at Dow Lohnes PLLC, where the practice emphasized complex civil litigation across federal and state courts, including insurance coverage, defamation, privacy, and patent issues. Brent Olson earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005 and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah in 2002.
