Michael Welch has had a varied career path, beginning with a General Manager position at MidAmerican Energy in 1997. Michael then moved to Nextel Direct Telecommunications in 2001 as a Senior Sales Associate. In 2002, they became a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Marcus & Millichap. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Sales Broker at REMAX Commercial Brokerage and a Broker at REMAX Associates - Commercial Division. In 2007, they transitioned to Rodeo Realty, Inc. as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Starting in 2010, Michael was an SEO Sales Manager and Sales Manager (SEO Driven Sales Leader/Closer)Marketing consultant at National Positions. Most recently, they have been a Co-Founder at Dymic Digital since 2013, a Digital Agency specializing in Website Design, Internet Marketing, SEO, Reputation Management, and Podcast Development services.

Michael Welch obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1990 and 1994. Michael also completed two BS degrees in Political Science from the same university.
