Chong Swee Lee

As Senior Vice-President of Human Resource, Administration & Group Payroll, Ms. Chong is responsible for human resource and office administrative functions, including payroll. She reports to the Chief Financial Officer. She joined the Group in February 2009 and has over 21 years of experience in human resource management.

Ms. Chong obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore in 1991. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Personal Management and a Diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. Ms. Chong is a Professional Member of the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
