Craig Upshaw has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Craig started their career at the University of Alberta as a Research Assistant from 1995 to 1998. Craig then joined Baxter International Inc. in 1998 as a Product Specialist, where they successfully expanded product adoption and grew the hospital business by over $5 million. During their time at Baxter, they also played a crucial role in persuading the Canadian Blood Services to switch to a European method, resulting in winning a $21 million annual contract.

In 2006, Craig joined Dynacare as a Manager of Business Development, focusing on hospitals and increasing awareness of Dynacare's expertise. Craig developed a national reference laboratory strategy, contributing to $1 million in new sales in the first year. Craig'sresponsibilities at Dynacare continued to expand over the years, including managing physician relationships in Manitoba and overseeing logistics sales and specialty diagnostics. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Health Systems at Dynacare.

Craig Upshaw attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategy. Prior to that, they attended Concordia University of Edmonton from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Craig'sfield of study during this time is not specified.
