Tanya Martin

Tanya Martin has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tanya started their career as an Assistant Manager at Second Cup in 1990 and worked there until 2000. Tanya then joined Robarts Research Institute as a Research Technician in Stem Cell Biology & Regenerative Medicine from 2002 to 2003. Afterwards, they worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Histocompatibility Laboratory at Detroit Medical Center from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the Core Laboratory at London Health Sciences Centre. Tanya then joined Hamilton Health Sciences, where they held various positions including Medical Laboratory Technologist, Quality Specialist, and Laboratory Manager, from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they joined LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services as a Business Development Manager, and subsequently held roles as Director of Laboratory Operations Ontario and Vice President of Laboratory Operations from 2011 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Canadian Orthodontic Partners as Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Dynacare since 2020.

Tanya Martin completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their studies at St. Clair College from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a Health Diploma with a field of study in Medical Laboratory Technologist. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Windsor from 2002 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus on Science. Later on, Tanya pursued further education and attended the University of Windsor from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
