Paul Mella

Paul Mella has over 35 years of experience working at the Dynalectric Company in various roles. Paul started as an Estimator/Pm in 1981 and held that position until 2009 when they became the Sr. Vice President. In 2009, they were promoted again to Chief Operations Officer and held that role until 2016 when they became the President / CEO of the company.

Paul Mella completed their first education program at the I.B.E.W. Local 26 Apprenticeship Program from 1972 to 1976. During this time, they obtained a Journeyman degree in Electrical. Following that, from 1976 to 1981, they pursued a Masters degree in Electrical at a program called "On the Job."
