Shawn Isaac

Shawn Isaac currently serves as an Information Technology Solutions Architect at Alberta Health Services since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shawn was employed at DynaLIFE Medical Labs from February 2017 to December 2023, functioning as a System Administrator and previously as a Desktop Support Technician. Responsibilities included maintaining server infrastructure, providing end-user support, and managing various IT systems and applications. Shawn gained earlier experience at Weatherford, where positions ranged from IT Support Technician to Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst, also contributing to training and site maintenance. Additionally, Shawn's career began at Noralta Controls and further developed through roles at Weatherford and Shaw Communications, providing a comprehensive background in IT support and systems administration. Educational qualifications were obtained from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
