Jennifer Francis has extensive experience in education and entrepreneurship. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Teacher at K12 and an Elementary Education instructor at Lebanon City Schools, focusing on improving student success through common core standards and managing classroom behavior. Jennifer has also held the position of Kindergarten Teacher at Middletown City Schools, where responsibilities included supervising students and facilitating differentiated lesson plans. In addition to educational roles, Jennifer is a Co-Owner of JJ Lynn Boutique, specializing in custom apparel and spirit wear designs. Previous experience includes working as an Associate at DynaMAXX International and leading Adult Protective Services for the US Department of Health and Human Services, where Jennifer developed programs and regulations for vulnerable adults. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University.
