Controls Engineer at Dynamic Automation & Robotics

James Fucich has a strong background in controls engineering and process controls. James started their career in 1987 at ATS Automation Tooling Systems as an Electrician and Junior Controls Engineer, where they gained hands-on experience in layout, assembly, wiring, and debugging of electrical and pneumatic components used in automated manufacturing systems. From 1995 to 2004, they worked at Assembly & Manufacturing Systems as a Controls Engineer.

In 2004, James joined TAS Synergistics, LLC as a Process Controls Engineer, designing and updating control system programs for automated process and chemical delivery systems. James then moved on to Wastech Controls & Engineering, Inc in 2005, working as a Senior Process Controls Engineer, designing new and updated control system programs for process, municipal water, wastewater treatment, and motor control systems.

James joined Valley Controls in 2007 as a Controls Engineer, where they were responsible for the complete electrical and pneumatic design of turnkey automated machines and systems. James also integrated third-party OEM systems and had expertise in various areas including robotics, conveyor systems, and PID controls. In 2013, they worked at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group as a Process Controls Engineer, implementing upgrades of existing plant floor control systems for Anheuser-Busch Brewery.

From 2014 to 2017, James was a Controls Engineer at Calmation Inc, where they completed electrical and pneumatic design of turnkey automated machines, including programming development and software debugging experience.

Most recently, James worked as a Controls Engineer at Dynamic Automation starting in 2017.

James Fucich attended ITT Technical Institute from 1984 to 1987. James obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, with a focus on Automated Manufacturing.
