Allison Sassano is an accomplished engineer with a strong background in project controls and engineering. Currently serving as Engineer I in Project Controls at X-energy since April 2025, Sassano enhances project management capabilities. Prior experience at Air Products includes roles as Project Engineer and Project Controller, where key responsibilities involved leading the cost control and planning for a $30MM air separation project and integrating a $500MM project into company systems. Sassano also completed a Project Management Internship at Air Products, monitoring purchase orders and facilitating communication with vendors and contractors, and a Chemical Engineering Internship at McConway & Torley, LLC. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2023.
