Lydia Mindling is an experienced technical writer currently employed at Dynamic Aviation since December 2012, where responsibilities include drafting responses to RFIs and RFPs while supporting the Business Development Capture Manager with research and sweeps. Previously, Lydia held the position of Systems Operations Coordinator, handling flight tracking, aircraft towing and fueling, and managing maintenance reports and data. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Horseback Director at Camp Ridgecrest for Boys in the summer of 2011, where teaching horsemanship and organizing horse care schedules were key duties. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Creative Writing from Sweet Briar College, obtained in 2012.
