Rachel Waite

Rachel Waite has been with Dynamic Aviation since January 2011, where Rachel currently serves as the Manager of ISR Flight Operations, overseeing deployed ISR platforms worldwide. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Assistant Manager of ISR Flight Operations, supporting a team of over fifty pilots. Rachel also has experience as an Inspector in the Avionics Repair Station, where Rachel performed inspections on altitude reporting equipment. With a background as a Pilot & Aircraft Mechanic, Rachel has flown worldwide in support of ISR and Commercial operations, handling sensor integration and normal maintenance on various aircraft. Prior to their time at Dynamic Aviation, Rachel worked as a Contract Pilot responding to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from LeTourneau University.
