Ollis Mozon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1982 to 2012, they served in the US Navy as a Captain in the Chaplain Corps. Then, from 1978 to 1982, they worked as an Assistant Pastor Youth and Community at Takoma Park Baptist Church. In 2012, they joined Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) as the Director of HR and Director of Oral Learning. At DCPI, their responsibilities included ensuring the spiritual and financial well-being of team members, as well as equipping them with the necessary skills to reach both literate and oral learners. Additionally, they played a crucial role in recruiting and developing the corporate team and organization.
Ollis Mozon's education history begins in 1971 when they attended Wake Forest University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Religion. After graduating from Wake Forest in 1975, Mozon continued their education at the Interdenominational Theological Center from 1975 to 1978. Ollis pursued a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree with a specialization in Philosophy and Theology.
Later, Mozon pursued further education at Salve Regina University from 1991 to 1992. During this period, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
