Jim Faidley

James Faidley is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Dynamic Energy since November 2023. With a background in overseeing solar project construction and ensuring compliance with renewable energy standards, James has held several key positions, including Construction Manager at Empower Energies and Site Superintendent at Mihalko's General Contracting. James possesses extensive expertise in managing on-site teams, coordinating project schedules, and upholding quality and safety standards. Previously, James worked as a Project Coordinator at Tradesmen International, where effective communication and resource management were critical. James started the career as a carpenter and ironworker, acquiring hands-on skills in construction processes.
