Frank Astacio

Frank Astacio has worked in the healthcare industry since 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they worked for Physicians United Plan as an Enrollment and Reconciliation Analyst and Enrollment Coordinator. In this role, they managed the data integrity of member enrollment records, determined eligibility for the enrollment and disenrollment of members according to CMS guidelines, and tracked the status of out of area members. From 2012 to 2014, they worked for Physicians United Plan as Manager, Enrollment Services, where they managed teams of 11-24 employees in the Enrollment department and applied creative solutions to enhance the company's business processes. Since 2014, they have worked for Dynamic Healthcare Systems as a Sr. Consultant, Enrollment, Operations & Compliance, where they focus on client management, sales support and consulting, and strategizes with clients on ways to enhance their Enrollment operations and maximize ROI. Frank also plays a pivotal role in developing the next generation Enrollment product offering and identifying new opportunities for the Voyager Enterprise Software Suite.

Frank Astacio attended Valencia College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Psychology. Frank then transferred to the University of Central Florida, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology in 2007.
