Jaysen How

Jaysen How has accumulated extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as the Senior Head of Sales at Dynamic Human Capital since November 2019, while also holding interim responsibilities for Diversity and Inclusion and previously as Head of Sales and Business Development Manager. In addition to corporate roles, Jaysen has been a Senior Volunteer at Hougang Youth Academy since June 2013, contributing to youth empowerment initiatives. Past positions include Senior Manager at That Marketing Guy, Business Development Manager at Urban Forest Design Pte Ltd, BD and Operations Manager at Business Fundamental Consulting, and various sales roles including Sales Operations - Asia at K2 Partnering Solutions and Sales Representative at Appco Group Asia. Jaysen began a career in youth services as a Senior Program Supervisor at Boys' Town Singapore from 2007 to 2012. Educational background includes a Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic.
