Alicia Suessmith

Alicia Suessmith serves as the Executive Vice President of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations since August 2014, where full P&L responsibility is held while driving business strategy and growth. Having previously acted as strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, Alicia facilitated key business initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Alicia's earlier roles at Dynamic include Vice President of People Operations, focusing on talent acquisition and workplace culture, and Director of People Operations, leading the People Team while ensuring compliance. Prior experience includes positions at Wright Medical as an Associate HR Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate degree from Western Technical College.
