Jimmie Hernandez

Jimmie Hernandez, CGS, BBA, LPQ, currently serves as the Director of Security at Dynamic Protection Group, overseeing security operations and business development in the Boston metropolitan area since March 2025. Concurrently, Jimmie has been an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College since August 2012, teaching various undergraduate courses in Criminal Justice. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Advisor at ALTO USA, GSSC Supervisor for The TJX Companies, and a Lieutenant at the New York City Police Department, where Jimmie led significant crime prevention initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles with Omniscient Investigations Corp. and OCS Security Inc. Jimmie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and a Graduate Certificate from John Jay College, with ongoing education in Executive Business Administration.
