Brad Smith

Brad Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brad is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) since March 2023. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Operations at Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School from January 2022 to March 2023. From an earlier time, Brad worked at One Medical as a District Operations Manager from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of District Manager at Goodwill Industries International from 2017 to 2019. Between 2013 and 2017, Brad served as an Area Manager at ACE Hardware. Brad also has experience as an Opening Manager at Mister Car Wash from 2009 to 2013. Brad's career began with their role as President and Founder of Adrenaline Climbing, a position they held from 2003 to 2009.

Brad Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Fort Hays State University. In addition, they have earned certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert 2019 from Microsoft and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Brad's certifications were obtained in September 2021 and October 2019 respectively.
