Ryan Ripple

Ryan Ripple is the IT Systems Manager at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. Ryan has over eight years of experience in the IT field and has held various positions including IT Cloud Services Lead, IT Enduser Support Analyst, and VoIP Technical Support Technician. Ryan is responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of the IT business, level 2 tech support, and project management. Ryan is also the HIPAA Security Officer and active Security Officer. Additionally, they manage and maintains all Microsoft 365 functionality and services employed throughout the company, salesforce administrators, and all networking equipment and servers. Ryan is also responsible for main IT implementation and support for all locations within the company.

Ryan Ripple's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, as well as various certifications in network support services, building relationships while working from home, unlocking potential, Scrum Master Certified, MCSM, A+, CFOT, DCSE, ITiL, Linux+, Network+, and Security+.
