Shellonda Rucker

Shellonda Rucker is the current Regional Director & Director of OSO at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. Shellonda has over 19 years of experience in workforce development and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Shellonda began their career as a Program Manager at ACS State and Local Solutions in 2001. In this role, they were responsible for managing programs and developing new initiatives to support the organization's goals. Shellonda later became the Educational Administrator at Life Skills Center-Leon County in 2007. In this role, they oversaw the educational programs and developed new curriculum to meet the needs of the students.

In 2010, Shellonda became the Director of Vocational Education at DISC Village, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing vocational programs for adults with disabilities. Shellonda later became the Regional Manager at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. in 2013. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the company's regional office and was responsible for business development in the region.

In 2016, Shellonda became the Director of Operations at Eckerd Connects. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the fiscal management and reporting for multiple annual budgets, as well as the allocation of state resources and grants for up to three regional workforce board youth contracts. Shellonda also oversaw the contract management of WIOA programs with annual operating budgets of up to $5 million for out of school youth, ages 16-24.

Shellonda has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and is dedicated to their work in workforce development.

Shellonda Rucker has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Secondary Education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Shellonda also has certification from DynamicWorks in Tier 1.

Their manager is Paul Dunn, CEO. They are on a team with Omar Valentine - Project Director, Karen Sotak - Regional Director, and Michelle Blanchard - Senior Project Director.
