Valerie Salstrom

Valerie Salstrom currently serves as a Youth Career Navigator at Dynamic Workforce Solutions since July 2023. With a rich background in the arts, Valerie founded and directs Get Hep Swing, a swing dance company and school, which has been operational since 1998. Earlier in their career, Valerie held the position of Youth Services Director at the Summit County American Red Cross from 1995 to 1998. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Kent State University.
