João Pedro Paulo is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in DevOps and innovation leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard since November 2022, João previously held roles at Talkdesk as a Software Engineer, focusing on maintaining a communications platform, and at CGI and RiskCo as a DevOps Engineer, where responsibilities included Helm chart creation and Kubernetes deployment.
