Daniel Cato

Daniel Cato has over 10 years of work experience. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Staples, where they held the roles of Team Supervisor, Inventory Specialist, and Copy & Print Manager. In 2017, they joined Latham Centers, Inc. as a Residential Counselor. From 2018 to present, they have been working at DynamiCare Health, where they have held the roles of Information Technology Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, and IT Customer Support Lead. At Gosnold, Inc., they held the roles of Research Assistant and Junior IT Support Technician, Intern. In their roles, they have been responsible for onboarding, launching, leading, training, and supporting Customer Support and Technical Teams, documenting, tracking, and reporting on key customer support metrics, performing cost-benefit analyses, and problem solving as needed. Daniel has also contacted service users via call, text, email, and video communications in order to provide answers to their inquiries and resolve issues and concerns as needed. Additionally, they have recruited eligible participants, managed research requirements, informed consents, and ensured data security for an Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) pilot. Daniel has also refurbished workstations and laptops, imaged laptops, workstations, and tablets, installed and tested software and printers to ensure proper functioning, and configured hardware. In their roles, they have also overseen adult residents living with Prader-Willi Syndrome in community residences by caring for and supporting them, ensuring their safety, and securing the community. Daniel has also hired, trained, developed, led and supervised a team of 10 associates, managed business assets and resources to meet client needs and achieve service goals, and exceeded target sales budget, achieving a 15% year-over-year increase in 2015 sales.

Daniel Cato attended Algonquin Regional High School from 2002 to 2006. Daniel then went on to pursue an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Cape Cod Community College from 2016 to 2018.
