Scott Nybakken

Scott Nybakken has an extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Scott currently works as the Marketing Director at Dynamite Entertainment. Previously, they served as the Senior Editor at Insight Editions, where they managed editorial processes for frontlist titles and established creative partnerships with licensor representatives. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at DC Comics, where they held various roles such as Senior Editor for Collected Editions, Archives Editor for Collected Editions, Editor for Collected Editions, and Associate Editor for Collected Editions. Scott also worked as the Assistant Manager in the Legal Affairs department. Scott started their career as the Managing Editor of The Comics Journal at Fantagraphics Books. Overall, Scott has demonstrated expertise in managing editorial processes, establishing partnerships, and overseeing publication schedules.

Scott Nybakken attended Brown University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Art.
