Hema Jagadeeswaran

Hema Jagadeeswaran is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Strategy at Dynanet Corporation since February 2025, Hema has previously held significant roles including VP of Strategic Initiative at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation and Strategy & Program Director at National Government Services. A strong foundation in software development and project management was established through earlier positions at CGI, Smartsoft International Inc, and Polaris Software Lab, where expertise in client interaction and system development was honed. Hema holds a Master of Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University, along with additional certifications in systems management from the National Institute of Information Technology.
