Baldev Singh Gill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Baldev Singh started their career as an Application Developer at COMPU Studies in 2008 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined IBM Malaysia as a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist and later became a Quality Analyst, where they ensured quality assurance standards and improved customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Baldev joined Lenovo as a Technical Product Specialist, where they integrated solutions and coordinated technical escalations. Baldev Singh was then promoted to Technical Operations Manager, leading a team of Technical Specialists and Support Agents. Baldev Singh continued working at Lenovo until 2022, with their last role being Technical Support Manager for the ANZ region.

From 2019 to 2020, Baldev worked at mobi as a Lead Solutions Architect, improving merchant on-boarding efficiency and analyzing charge-back and transaction data.

Currently, Baldev is working at Dynasty Gaming & Media as the Head of Technical Operations, responsible for leading and managing the L2 support team and providing technical guidance and support to major clients worldwide.

Baldev Singh Gill completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2012 to 2014. Before their bachelor's degree, they graduated with a diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the same university from 2010 to 2012.
