Jennelyn Gan, CHRP®, has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Jennelyn began their career at JLL as a Consultant, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, where they led a project for ZMG Ward Howell. Jennelyn then moved on to AIA as a Recruitment Consultant, working with ZMG Ward Howell on a project for Philam Life.

Afterwards, Jennelyn joined PwC as a Recruitment Consultant and Project Lead for ZMG Ward Howell, specializing in the finance industry. Jennelyn successfully set up recruitment systems for PwC's Service Delivery Centre in Manila.

Jennelyn then joined ZMG Ward Howell as a Senior Associate, covering executive searches in various sectors such as human resources, operations, finance, and more. Jennelyn later became an RPO Consultant and Senior Associate for the company.

Jennelyn gained experience in executive search and recruitment as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst and Executive Recruiter at Ex-Consultants Agency. Jennelyn worked on executive search projects globally, covering regions such as the US, Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific.

At The People at Work, Jennelyn served as a Senior Consultant, leading accounts and business development efforts in the wealth management sector. Jennelyn handled various types of accounts and worked on retained, exclusive-contingent, and contingent accounts.

Jennelyn then moved on to Piper Griffin, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Research Consultant, Head of Executive Research, and Country Representative Director. Jennelyn specialized in executive search, talent management, talent mapping, and market research in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, Jennelyn holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Dynasty Gaming & Media, where they oversee all HR functions for the company.

Jennelyn Gan, CHRP® has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Beda College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their primary and secondary education for English and Chinese at the Philippine Cultural High School from 1995 to 2005. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) certification from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in August 2022.
