Navdeep Arora

Navdeep Arora is a multifaceted business leader with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Oxford Smiles since September 2017, Navdeep successfully established a cutting-edge dental office. As Managing Director of Dynasty Models and Talent Agency since July 2015, Navdeep tripled the agency's size, making it the largest talent agency in the Northeast specializing in kids and high fashion modeling. Navdeep also founded and manages Oxford Group, Inc., overseeing $15 million in real estate assets, and previously directed operations for Oxford Dental, enhancing productivity across dental offices. Additional experience includes roles in international marketing at PARTHUS, business growth at Analog Devices, and product management at Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Marketing from San Jose State University.
