Cody Knight

Cody Knight is an accomplished meteorologist with extensive experience in weather forecasting and energy supply analysis. Currently employed at Dynasty Power since June 2019, Cody produces forecasts for the United States and parts of Canada to support energy trading activities. Prior to this role, Cody served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, focusing on extreme precipitation analysis under the guidance of Dr. Art DeGaetano. Additional skills include musical performance as a pianist for dance classes and an interim organist at Zion Blue Mountain United Church of Christ, where collaborative planning and execution of music for worship services were essential. Cody also gained valuable experience as a Weather Solutions Intern at Verisk, enhancing weather forecasting and data analytics capabilities. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University.
