Sean Bates

Sean Bates currently serves as the VP of Product Design at Dynata, where efforts are focused on building a user-centric product design team and infusing that culture across the organization. Prior to Dynata, Sean held the position of Principal of Product Design at Gridshift, where architectural and experiential design was catered to brands and agencies. Sean's distinguished career also includes roles as Chief Creative Officer at Blink Worldwide, overseeing creative strategy and design for a diverse range of clients, and Creative Director at Axis41, managing a design team and campaign creation for corporate clients. Educationally, Sean holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University.
