Shannon Smith is an experienced manufacturing leader with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. since September 2022, Shannon previously held notable roles such as Vice President Operations at GRT Rubber Technologies, LLC. and General Manager at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. and HEXPOL Compounding, where both positions were preceded by significant achievements in production management and operations management. Shannon began the manufacturing journey at Harwick Chemical Corp, quickly progressing from general production worker to Production Manager.
