Dzianis Kaliada

Dzianis Kaliada has held various roles in software engineering and management across multiple companies. From May 2024 to June 2025, Dzianis served as a Software Engineering Manager at Dynatrace, contributing in a stationary capacity. Prior to that, a Senior Software Engineer and Team Captain role was undertaken at the same company in a hybrid work setting. At Vention, from July 2022 to May 2024, Dzianis worked as a Lead Software Developer and Team Manager in a hybrid environment.
