Karlien Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and compliance. Currently serving as the Product Compliance Unit Lead at Dynatrace since November 2023 and previously as a Senior Principal Product Manager, Karlien has held key roles at Rinefield Consultancy and MARCURA®, where product strategy and execution were vital components of responsibilities. With a strong background in overseeing product development and optimization at Sage, and earlier roles as a Business Analyst at CO3 Technologies and Senior Consultant at StatPro, Karlien has demonstrated expertise in training, client support, and cross-functional collaboration. Karlien holds a B.Com degree in Law and Economics from the University of the North West.
