Melyssa Scarfo is an experienced Contract Negotiator with a strong background in drafting, negotiating, and managing high-value agreements for various organizations. Currently employed at Dynatrace since November 2021, Melyssa oversees Cloud/SAAS agreements and related contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues. Previously, Melyssa held similar roles at BeyondTrust and IBM, providing strategic legal guidance and ensuring compliance with contractual frameworks. Melyssa began her career at Cognos and Boston Scientific, where foundational skills in contract coordination and financial analysis were developed.
