Pauli Kärkkäinen

Pauli Kärkkäinen is a highly accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in technology and software solutions. Currently serving as Regional Director for Eastern-Europe and Finland at Dynatrace since May 2020, Pauli has consistently exceeded sales targets, achieving 107% and 138% in FY25, along with accolades such as Presidents Club membership. Prior roles include Chair of Observability Forum Finland, Regional Sales Manager at Splunk where three new enterprise customers were secured in four months, and Director of Alliances at AppDynamics, where sales targets were surpassed by up to 142%.
