Rafal Krzysztoforski

Rafal Krzysztoforski is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Organization Lead at Dynatrace since June 2023, Rafal oversees teams focused on Infrastructure Observability and the Extensions Framework. Previously, Rafal held various positions at Intel Corporation from May 2006 to June 2023, culminating in the role of Storage Software Engineering Director, where management of a team of approximately 70 professionals was undertaken, focusing on significant projects such as Intel VROC and cloud storage solutions. Rafal's career began with roles at companies like Optix and ComArch, specializing in software design and development. Rafal holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
