Jennifer Johnson has over 27 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 1993 as a Retail Sales Representative/Bridal Specialist at Kitchen Kaboodle. Jennifer then moved on to Bed Bath where they were a Retail Sales Representative in 1998. In 1999, they joined T-Mobile USA as an Administrative Assistant II and Business/Retail Sales Representative. In 2008, they began working at Integra as an Executive Assistant in the IT department, an Administrative Assistant II in the Engineering Department, and an Administrative Assistant II in the Administration Department. In 2016, they became a Solution Analyst at Electric Lightwave. In 2017, they moved to Allstream as a Solution Analyst. Currently, they are an Agile Project Manager at Dynatron Software, Inc.

Jennifer Johnson has a background in Business Administration and Management, General, having studied at Marylhurst University from 2005 to 2006, and at Portland Community College in General Studies. Jennifer has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) in December 2017, Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) in April 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
