Josh R.

Josh R. has worked for a variety of organizations since 2003. Josh began their career with the United States Department of the Air Force, where they held the roles of Special Air Mission Team Leader and PL Resource Protection. In 2005, they were promoted to Special Air Mission Team Leader with the United States Air Force. In 2006, they were appointed FAST Team Leader with the United States Department of Defense. From 2008 to 2009, Josh served as Squad Leader with Detachment 3, 732 ESFS, 2nd Brigade Combat Team. Josh then moved to Mercedes-Benz USA in 2011, where they were Shop Foreman. Josh then moved to Bluegrass BMW in 2013, where they were Fixed Operations Director. In 2019, they became Service Director at Nissan & Hyundai. In 2021, they were appointed President of Warriors Forward, a veterans nonprofit organization specializing in connecting veterans with skilled trades jobs, training opportunities, sponsorships, and resources. Currently, Josh is employed as Fixed Operations Performance Coach at Dynatron Software, Inc.

Josh R. has a diverse educational background. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Law, Policy & Management from Purdue University Global between 2018 and 2021. Josh also obtained a Diploma of Education in Hazardous Materials Management and Waste Technology/Technician from the United States Air Force. Josh R. has additional certifications in Explosive Ordinance Reconnaissance from the Center for Law Enforcement Professionals, Airman Leadership School (ALS) from the Community College of the Air Force, ICAR Collision Repair from Pickens Technical College, Associate of Applied Science from Pikes Peak State College, and Warranty Administration from the Porsche Academy.
