Roland Phongsavath

Roland Phongsavath has been working in the software industry since 2014. Roland began their career at Thomson Reuters as a ONESOURCE DataFlow Business Analyst, where they were responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving processes that directly impacted software development and delivery. Roland was also the point of contact for escalation from front line support to resolve bug discoveries reported in existing product. In 2019, they joined DXC Technology as a Help Desk Analyst. In 2021, they began working at Dynatron Software, Inc. as a Data Analyst and Implementation Coordinator.

Roland Phongsavath attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering.
