Salma Ibrahim

Salma Ibrahim is a Web Accessibility Specialist at Magnify Access Inc., starting January 2024, where responsibilities include leading efforts related to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) and creating accessibility resources for various development phases. Previously, Salma held a Tech Intern position at Dyne from May to August 2023, focusing on updating the codebase from React-Bootstrap to Chakra-UI and developing a modular dashboard feature for user-centric solutions. In 2021, Salma worked as an EDI Research Intern at the University of Alberta, conducting research to enhance accessibility in design layouts across various sectors. Salma earned a Web Development certification from Lighthouse Labs in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta in 2021.
