Katherine Beaverson

Katherine Beaverson, MS, currently serves as Vice President of Global Patient Advocacy at Dyne Therapeutics, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine was with Pfizer for over a decade, where responsibilities included Executive Director for Global Rare Disease Patient Advocacy and Executive Director and Head of Patient Advocacy and External Engagement for the Rare Disease Research Unit. Previous experience also includes Senior Associate Director of Patient Advocacy and Professional Relations at Boehringer Ingelheim, Consultant at Pfizer, Director of Patient Advocacy at Amicus Therapeutics, Genetic Counselor and Program Coordinator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Genetic Counselor and Research Program Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medical College. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College and a Master of Science in Human/Medical Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College.
