Mai Silencio

Mai Silencio is an experienced English Language Coach at Dyned Mongolia LLC, where responsibilities include teaching, coaching, monitoring, and analyzing learner progress since September 2011. Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, Mai Silencio focuses on developing best practices for the company's products and services. Previously, in 2011, as a Distance English Coach for Excel English Services International, Mai Silencio facilitated one-on-one and group tutorials, enhancing students' learning experiences. Mai Silencio also served as an Online Instructor and Assistant Team Leader at Hanaro English in 2010, preparing lesson plans and ensuring timely class attendance. Mai Silencio holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2009.
