Tonya Powell

Tonya Powell is an experienced retail performance manager with a strong background in sales and account management. Currently serving at Dynegy since December 2013, Tonya oversees retail performance initiatives. Prior to this role, Tonya held the position of account management executive at Ameren Energy Marketing from May 2003 to December 2013. Tonya’s career also includes a tenure as a senior sales executive at Wave Technologies - Thompson Learning, where the focus was on selling and marketing IT certification training, as well as a role as a senior sales executive at Swank Motion Pictures - On-Board Movies, concentrating on the sale of motion pictures and related media to cruise ships, Amtrak trains, and the Saudi Arabia Oil Company. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fontbonne University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
