As an Executive Board Member at estron since February 2023, responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives for a leading manufacturer of wires and connectors in the hearing aid industry. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at KK Wind Solutions and CEO of PCH Engineering A/S, where significant financial growth was achieved. Lilbaek's extensive experience also encompasses key positions at Chris-Marine and various other companies, complemented by a strong educational foundation in engineering and business management from renowned institutions.
