Christina Padron has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University in 2006. Christina then worked as an Engineer Intern at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. and as a Production Supervisor at GE in 2005. In the same year, they also worked as a Materials Manager in the Wire Mill at GE. In 2004, they worked in HVAC Marketing at GE. From 2007 to 2009, they held various roles at Design Interactive, Inc., including Deputy Division Head, XR Division, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. Christina also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Hardware Human Factors Speed Team at IBM. From 2020 to present, they have held multiple roles at Dynepic, Inc., including VP of Partnerships and Growth, Director of Partnerships and Growth, and Director of DoD Programs.
Christina Padron earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 2007, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with Human Factors Option from Penn State University in 2009.
