Gangadharan Jambunathan has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and material management. Gangadharan started their career as a Senior Project Engineer at M/s. Cethar Limited in 2006 and held this position until 2014. Gangadharan then joined M/s. Lake Cement Limited as a Manager, specifically overseeing projects and material management, and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Dynepro Private Limited as a Project Manager, and later in 2023, they became the Project Head at the same company.

Gangadharan Jambunathan attended BHEL Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Trichy, from 1988 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2002, they enrolled at Anna University Chennai and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering, lasting until 2006. After a break in their education, from 2006 to 2010, Jambunathan pursued further studies and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi, from 2010 to 2012.

DynePro Private Limited (DPL) was incorporated in 1980 (earlier it was known as Pipelines India & then Pipelines and Process Equipments Private Limited-PPEPL) . Pipelines India was the first company in Tamil Nadu to manufacture Steam piping and second to manufacture boiler components outside BHEL. Initially, the company was engaged in fabrication of piping and then ventured into manufacturing of boiler components. Over three decades of experience inspired the organization to venture into design, manufacture, supply, erect and commission of boiler/power plants of 150MW and less. The technology for our products were established by the hands on experience of our technology team.
