Robert S. Colligan

Rob Colligan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Dynex Capital, Inc. and serves as a Strategic Advisor at X-Caliber Capital. Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Chimera Investment Corporation, an NYSE Listed Mortgage REIT. Prior to that, Rob was the Management Company Controller at Starwood Capital Group, where Rob was responsible for various financial management tasks. Rob also worked as a Managing Director/Principal at Bear Stearns and as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Rob began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the National Tax Department. Rob holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and a MST in Taxation/Finance from The George Washington University.
