Arthur Su

Arthur Su has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Arthur worked as the Chief Chip Design & Development Engineer at Dynex Semiconductor Ltd from August 2017. Arthur'sresponsibilities included developing new power diode and IGBT technology, improving the reliability of diode and IGBT modules, and achieving performance improvement and process optimization for production lines. Prior to this, Arthur worked as a Process Development Engineer at Littelfuse from July 2015 to July 2017, where they developed new semiconductor processes and maintained existing ones. Arthur also worked as a Device Senior Engineer at ITE Tech. Inc. from November 2010 to September 2012, where they created device test keys, evaluated fab feasibility, and modified processes to improve IC performance. Earlier in their career, Arthur served as a Device Assistant Manager at 汉华科技股份有限公司 from October 2006 to October 2010, where they conducted TCAD simulations and calibrated simulation results with silicon measurements.

Arthur Su pursued their education in a chronological manner. In the years 2004 to 2006, they attended National United University, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Semiconductor Device. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they studied at the University of Dayton and obtained a 2ed EE Master Degree. Arthur'sfield of study during this time was Power Electronic Device by WBG material. Additionally, Arthur Su holds a certification in Keysight RF and Microwave Industry-Ready Student Certification from Keysight Technologies, though the specific timeframe of when they obtained this certification is not provided.
